Haunted : West Virginia State Penitentiary

For many who have visited West Virginia State Penitentiary, there is no doubt that it is haunted. Here is a video that was made, and sent to me, by a student from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Great job Tom, thanks for sharing!
