It was interesting and appeared genuine. It was shot almost 20 years ago, where the abundance of gadgets/software to create this effect did not exist like today. However, it could be a malfunction of the video camera like that one guy said.
Or girl, LOL
Could be a camera artifact, but I know I've seen shadow beings before. No doubt about the fact that they exist as far as I'm concerned. I used to live in a castle built in the 1870's and there were a couple of them there on a regular basis.
