Abominable Snowman In Nepal?

Crew from the television show Destination Truth were filming for an upcoming documentary in the Nepalese Himalayas when they came across footprints twice the size of a humans in a nearby riverbed. The team believe the prints are from the mythical ape-like creature known in the region as Yeti (nicknamed the Abominable Snowman).

Wildlife officials in Nepal doubt whether the footprints found were those of a Yeti and believe they may have come from a Himalayan bear. The team made a cast from a print measuring 13 inches long with toe prints spanning 9 inches across.

People living high in the Himalayas believe this creature exists even though no one has actually seen one.

Hi Aura, Destination Truth looks good, hope we get it on the Space Channel, as far as the Abominable Snowman, you think they could tell between something that walks on 2 feet as opposed to 4 paws, lol, how could they confuse that?

Hey bob,

I am hoping to get more info on this and actually find the episode that will be airing some time in the future. I just read that the prints had 5 toes and not the 4 that are believed to belong to this creature. Still those that are familiar with tracks should be able to identify them. But I also know that the sun can make the impression larger and misshapen. We'll see what comes of this, if anything.
