Russian UFO Filmed by Airline Passengers

Is this authentic footage of a UFO? Or could this be, as some are saying, a recently launched Russian rocket. Some experts and analysts of the footage are saying that it is the real deal- a "spectacular" UFO.

Looked something like a jellyfish....as if it were alive.
