Encounters with black-eyed people, or beings as some call them, have been documented for a number of years. Eyewitnesses claim an overall sense of evil and dread when in their presence. Often times, strange behaviors by these black-eyed individuals occur during an encounter. Who or what are these people. Could these eye witnesses be wrong or is there more to these strange sightings?
