This video was taken in 2008 by a young man who was vacationing in Savannah, Georgia with his family. The family claims the video footage is authentic and experts were unable to debunk it. Savannah is considered to be one the most haunted cities in the United States. The footage was taken in the city's oldest cemetery. Check it out!
