For anyone interested in learning more about extraterrestrials, their interaction with us humans here on Earth and supposed influences on our lives, here is a complete list of alien races and descriptions.

Foo Fighters-UFOs

During WWII, pilots of all nationalities witnessed strange balls of light following their aircraft. Each side thought that it was some secret military weapon being used by their enemy. However, it was not until the war ended when both sides realized that neither had anything to do with them.

"The objects were dubbed "foo fighters." because of a popular comic strip at the time, Smoky Stover. Smoky was fond of saying "Where there's foo there's fire" and the objects seem to be fiery, rounded shapes." The UnMuseum

These objects were witnessed maneuvering at a high rate of speed and agility; exhibiting highly unconventional abilities such as instantaneous acceleration and deceleration, rapid climbing and descent, and hovering in place. Sightings took place both during day and night flights. To date, no "Foo Fighter" was known or reported to have made any sort of contact or attack with the pilots.

"HANOI (Reuters) - An unidentified flying object exploded in mid-air over a southern Vietnamese island, state media said on Wednesday, a day after Cambodia's air force retracted a report of a mysterious plane crash."

Right now, it's too early to make any conclusions on this latest UFO incident. We'll have to see what, if anything, comes from the investigation.

This segment is dedicated to the mystery of the crystal skulls. Since their discovery, scientists have been unable to accurately determine how these ancient skulls could have been carved or created by man.

From One Haunted House To Another

The following story was sent in by a reader from Virginia who moved from one haunted home into, what appears to be, another. It is possible that they were followed and a ghost is attached to one of them.

"Two nights after we moved into the house we bought my husband woke up because he was being choked. He told me that while he was sleeping he felt someone sit down next to him on the bed and he began to get choked! He said he opened his eyes and saw an invisible outline of someone sitting on the bed with their arm out choking him and then it was gone. The same night I had a strange thing happen as well, while sleeping. I had a dream (or I think it was a dream) that I was under a big light, lying down and someone said "You may have moved, but we know where you are". Most nights around 1:30 AM you can hear what sounds like someone walking in the hallway near our bedroom. One night shortly after we moved, I woke up around 1AM and went into the living room so I would not wake up my husband. Around 1:30 AM I heard someone walking down the hallway toward me but, no one was there. My husband told my Dad that there is a ghost here. I have not told my husband about the footsteps in the hallway in the wee hours, so I am thinking he is hearing them too, but we have not talked about it. Our house seems cold to both of us, in fact my Mom has made statements about it being warmer outside then inside, and she is right. We plan on having the house blessed very soon. I have found out that since the house was built in 1958, at least one women has been widowed here. The people we bought the house from did A LOT of remodeling on the house and they never moved in here before selling it to us. We are going to go to the courthouse and do some research on the land and house in the next few weeks."

Oldnall Road Ghost

A number of near crashes along a country road in the UK are being blamed on the appearance of a ghostly apparition of a young girl. The apparition has been seen wearing a Victorian dress and appearing to motorists at night along Oldnall Road. Several motorists have reported having to swerve; nearly causing an accident to avoid hitting the child.

Paranormal investigators are currently investigating the claims. So far, a rational explanation has not been found.

Ghost Children

A ghost of child is a difficult one for me. A mother myself, I cannot bear to think that a helpless child is lost, searching for his or her parents and unaware of their passing.

In the documentary film Children Of The Grave, viewers are faced with the reality of ghost children and the awful events that brought them to be. Hearing EVPs of their laughter, cries and tiny voices clearly communicating with the living brought tears to my eyes after sending an icy cold shiver up my spine. Filmmakers, along with the investigators who worked on this documentary were professional and showed compassion/respect for each of the innocent, lost souls that they encountered along their journey.

Another haunted location that comes to my mind is Whispers Estate - a B&B in my home state that is believed to be home to ghosts of children. Reported paranormal activity, along with recorded sounds of a baby crying and children talking, have led the owner and visitors to believe in and accept the existence of ghosts. Paranormal investigator Keith Age, from the Louisville Ghost Hunting Society, has said that this is one of the most active places he has been to and one where the ghosts clearly respond to the questions being asked.

~I would hope that in cases where the child ghost is accompanied by a malevolent entity or needs help in getting to the "other side", those involved would do their best to help release them from whatever keeps them earthbound.

Close Encounters

In Ufology a close encounter is when a person witnesses a UFO. There are 5 main categories to determine the type of encounter groups of people or an individual can have.

Close Encounter of the First Kind
-witnessing one or more unidentified objects 600 feet or less away

Close Encounter of the Second Kind
-observation of a UFO along with physical effects such as: damaged terrain, crop circles, heat or radiation, animal disturbances, lost time, radio and engine interference and human paralysis

Close Encounter of the Third Kind
-seeing "animate beings" in association with a UFO sighting

Close Encounter of the Forth Kind
-this is when a human is abducted by a UFO or its occupants

Close Encounter of the Fifth Kind
-communication with extraterrestrial intelligence, often telepathically

Rappings

Hearing knocks, thumps, taps and feeling a slight bump when no one is around is called rappings among paranormal researchers and investigators.

Rappings are thought to be the earliest known form of spirit communication. One of the most famous cases involving this type of phenomenon dates back to the mid 1800's: The Hydesville Rappings. Years later it was believed to be nothing more than a hoax. Regardless, and as a result of the claims, modern-day spiritualism was born.

One case that has yet to be proven fraudulent, and one of my favorites, is The Bell Witch haunting.

I have received a number of emails from readers who have experienced this phenomenon. Whether it coincide with the death of a loved one or happen as the result of a haunting, there seems to be something very real going on.

UFO Crash

A retired U.S. Air Force colonel and former fighter jet pilot says that he chased a UFO across West Texas and watched it crash along the Rio Grande River near Del Rio, Texas. Shortly after, he visited the crash site and saw a metallic object unlike any aircraft he had ever seen “sticking into the side of a hill.”Continue story

Our Supernatural World

Since the beginning of time humans have had experiences with angels, demons, ghosts, spirits, and other beings from the paranormal realm. To our ancestors these beings shared their world; belief in their existence was a spiritual and powerful one that governed their everyday life.

Today, it seems as though many have lost touch with their spirituality and have become consumed by a material world. When one experiences something "out of the ordinary", most often they are met with ridicule or speculations that they made it up, were imagining things and so on. That being said, I am beginning to see that more people are starting to pay closer attention to paranormal subject matter. As a result, people are allowing their minds to be more open to a supernatural / spiritual world.

Paranormal investigators along with documentary filmmakers have gathered undeniable proof time and time again that there is more to our world than what skeptics would have you believe. Their collection of EVPs, photos of Shadow People and apparitions, including footage of other phenomena, sends a powerful message. A message that our ancestors believed was vital to their physical existence - we coexist with a supernatural world. A world that should not be ignored or denied.

~Today marks my 500th post! I want to thank my readers, subscribers, and all those who have shared their own experiences with me. I can't wait to see what the next 500 brings!

Zombie Road

Located in Glencoe, Missouri, Lawler Ford Road (nicknamed Zombie Road by locals) is a 2 mile long road through forest, hills and limestone bluffs which dead ends at the Meramec River. With over 100 years of history, the road has many legends concerning it. Tales of Native American spirits haunting the grounds, people who got lost out there never to return, and drug deals gone bad. There have been a few accidental deaths in the area along with evidence of strange ritualistic-type activities which could be cause for some of the paranormal occurrences that are reported there.

One of the most well known anomalies along Zombie Road is that of Shadow People - Dark shadowy figures that appear along the side of the road and nearby in the woods. A few years ago, Tom Halstead took this picture which clearly shows a dozen of these figures standing amongst the trees seeming to peer back at him.

Investigators from the Paranormal Task Force, along with filmmakers from Children Of The Grave, went out there to see if they could also capture these shadow people on film. It was not long before they began to pick up strange figures next to the trees, and just prior to that - a large black mass slowly moving along the road towards them. A noticeable temperature drop coincided with these sightings along with another important find. The team was using a laser grid system. They found that these black masses/shadows will actually break the beam. Which gives reason to believe that these entities have substance.

New Blog Banner

As you will see, I have a new banner for my site. I have been wanting to change the look and feel of it for some time. I got a bit tired of the headstones and felt that the image was not representative of my sites entire subject matter. I am also considering changing the layout to freshen things up a bit but that will take time that, at the moment, I don't have.

The Search For Bigfoot

For many the idea of a tall, hairy, foul smelling, bipedal creature living in the wilderness is pure fiction-hogwash! Skeptics will argue that the fact no such creature has ever been captured, dead or alive, proves in its nonexistence. However, regardless of this fact, there are documented cases where evidence collected mustn't be ignored and should be paid more attention to by main stream scientists.

Purported Bigfoot audio recordings have been made by a number of people, which have proven to be of an unknown animal. When sent to laboratories for analysis the recordings were found to be inconsistent with any known animal/human vocalizations.

Hair samples have been found and the results show they are from a "non-human, but unknown primate"- (based on similarities in DNA base sequences) . Unfortunately without a body to provide a comparison, these will remain unknown.

Casts have been made showing incredible footprints/tracks with the end result being made by "an unknown animal to science". Dr. W. Henner Farenbach is among one of the scientists actively researching these such finds. His findings are highly regarded amongst those dedicated to Bigfoot research.

Sightings/video recordings- perhaps the best is the hotly debated Patterson/Gimlin footage. 40 years have passed and the footage cannot be recreated by the best of the best or be proven a fake.
